Our cancellation policy states that if a service is not canceled before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a charge of 50% of the cost of the service will be applied. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the cost of the service will be charged. This policy is in place to ensure that our therapists and staff are properly compensated for their time and to help us manage our appointment availability efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
